Nathan commenced legal practice in South Africa where he formed his own firm in partnership in 1996.  At this time Nathan focused on commercial and civil litigation and has carried on in this area of practice since his admission to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2006.  Since 2006 Nathan has worked in a range of complex and high profile litigation matters, continuing to concentrate on commercial and civil litigation in both the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the Federal Court.  Nathan has also practiced in the area of Family Law for over 15 years and coupled with his commercial litigation experience enabled him to develop an approach to litigation that focuses on an expeditious and cost effective resolution of litigious matters.
