Catherine has worked on a range of complex transactions, with a particular concentration on property related dealings, providing commercial advice in relation to:
- Broad acre and agribusiness development projects;
- Major acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures;
- Crown land acquisitions for the transfer of a tourism asset
- Property infrastructure interests in transport, shipping and mining contexts;
- Planning approvals and appeals and development related issues generally;
- Land tenure acquisition of freehold, Crown land or other interests in land; and
- A wide range of leasing and property management services in commercial, retail, industrial and retirement sectors.
