Kristy-Lee is an experienced commercial and tax lawyer, practicing since 2017 in some of Perth’s top tier accounting firms, law firms and in-house within the resources and energy sectors.
Kristy-Lee has a broad range of experience assisting commercial clients on all matters in a business’ lifecycle, including:
- Structuring to maximise asset and income protection, and risk mitigation;
- M&A transactions, including complex and high value transactions;
- Negotiating, drafting and advising on commercial contracts, including asset and share sale agreements, property leasing, capital raising, royalties and licencing of intellectual property;
- Advising clients on good corporate governance, including drafting shareholder and unitholder agreements;
- Tax considerations for businesses in their growth phase, including cross-border transactions; and
- Transaction related tax advice and structuring.
